Eric R. Shumway
Eric R. Shumway is President and co-founder of Claremont Energy. Mr. Shumway is also Director of the Latin America practice of London Economics, a leading consulting firm in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Shumway specializes in such areas as price and revenue forecasting, asset valuation, project finance and evaluation, and power market regulation. He holds an MA in International Affairs from Columbia University and a BA in English from Pomona College. Mr. Shumway is fluent in Spanish.

Jeffrey E. Caplan
Jeffrey E. Caplan is Vice President and co-founder of Claremont Energy. Mr. Caplan is a corporate attorney in private practice in Long Beach, California. He has worked on projects for leading corporate law firms such as Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Skadden Arps, Jones Day, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He also was a foreign associate with Negri & Teijeiro, a top law firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In addition, Mr. Caplan held in-house positions with Verizon Communications and the Internet Society. He holds a JD from Vanderbilt University and a BA in Government from Pomona College. Mr. Caplan is proficient in Spanish.

Svetoslav Gatchev
Svetoslav Gatchev is Director of Financing for Claremont Energy. He is also a Vice President of Delphos International, which he joined in 1997. Mr. Gatchev has a particular expertise in arranging long-term, limited-recourse financing for investments in energy and other infrastructure projects in emerging markets, utilizing multilateral/bilateral development banks and export credit agencies in conjunction with commercial sources of funding. He has worked on many structured trade and project finance power transactions in Latin America and Eastern Europe, including for AES Panama, AES Parana (Argentina), AES Andres (Dominican Republic), AES Maritza East 1 (Bulgaria), CEPM (Dominican Republic), and Egechilca (Peru). Mr. Gatchev holds an Executive MBA from New York University's School of Business (valedictorian in finance) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (summa cum laude) from Washington College. Mr. Gatchev speaks fluent Bulgarian and proficient Russian and Spanish.
